- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flexible pricing arrangements, hourly, flat fee or commission-based structures available. I have an hourly rate in mind that I always try to earn, but I am eager to meet new clients and we can do a handshake deal that makes everyone comfortable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. I went on to earn my JD and MBA from the University of Minnesota. I worked for Minneapolis law firms for 2 1/2 years before partnering with an experienced real estate broker to start a real estate brokerage and property management company. I often do legal work for clients I meet through real estate transactions.
