Harry was amazing. My elderly mother owns a property in Florida that had sat abandoned for a few months and received a code violation for excessive overgrowth, weeds and vegetation. Since I live in Las Vegas, Nevada I was uneasy about having to do business remotely . But thankfully I found Preferred Lawn Services of Florida. I was able to call Harry and arrange everything remotely. Within an hour of calling he went to the property and gave me a detailed bid via the phone accompanied by texted pictures of what was going on. He was extremely thorough in his work - hauling away the all the rubbish, trimming branches, uprooting and then spraying weed killer on the weeds, cleaning off the porch and even straightening up items in the yard that had been tipped over by the wind. He shined up the place and made it look nice. His price was exceedingly reasonable for all the work he had to do. All throughout the process he kept me updated with text messages and pictures. He was also very prompt and was able to do the job the very next day after I okayed the bid. In addition he kept in contact with the city inspector and let the inspector know that the code violation was in the process of being taken care of. When he was done he even followed up and let the city inspector know that the property had been cleaned up. It was extremely easy to deal with Harry. And was a huge relief. He was very polite and professional and prompt. Keep in mind this was all done remotely. I never met Harry but I know that the job was done. And that is the best kind of contractor. Where you don't have to be there to watch what they're doing and know that it's going to get done and done well. Thanks Harry!

I was in need of some major tree work and they did the job perfectly! Very respectful company and they even hauled away some junk I had in my garage as a favor for me as well! Highly recommend these guys!

Preferred lawns really helped me when I was in such a bind and so overwhelmed. My father left me four properties and I had no idea where to start. Harry was almost a psychiatrist along with a lawn foreman making everything very smooth. All the properties were done with complete professionalism and they kept me in the loop the whole time! Thanks again Harry!
