FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat-fee agreements to avoid the uncertainty of fees associated with hourly rates. Although there are inevitable costs involved when hiring outside counsel, it is often far less expensive than not doing so. Additionally, we are always available for free or low-cost consultations. Please contact my office for specifics regarding your case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You want an attorney who will give you the time that is needed to properly get to know you and your case. This means you need “face time” with the attorney who will represent you throughout the case, including at trial, if trial is necessary. It starts with the initial consultation. We take time to get to know your case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida, and a Juris Doctorate from the Stetson University College of Law. I have been recognized for scholarly excellence numerous times including the Dean's List of Scholars, Superintendent’s Diploma of Distinction, and the Medallion for Community Service. In 2014, I was the recipient of Victor O. Wehle Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. I am also Lexis and WestLaw certified.
