- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Repeat clients obtain discounts. My pricing is based upon the years of hands on experience and expertise, time to prepare a specific service if it’s customized, and deliver of the service or product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the client, gather additional requirements about the requested service/task, establish check points to discuss progress, use web-technology tools to virtually met in person or to participate in meetings, and elevate any obstacles or impediments to client with alternative solutions. Lastly, if I see opportunities to improve a situation, speak up even if it’s outside of the scope of work because I want my clients to be successful.

Doctorate in Business Administration, Masters in Technology Management, Bachelors in Computer Science. Lean Six Sigma Yellow-Belt Certification. Certified PhishMe (now Cofense) Simulator.
