Introduction: "Helping People Help Themselves" is my mission and purpose in life. I'm down-to-earth and easy to talk with. When mentoring and coaching, I believe we both benefit in coaching/mentoring - You learn from me and I learn from you. As an IT and cybersecurity professional, I use my expertise to help organizations and people not fall victim to scammers and cyber criminals; ensure citizens receive their benefits and machine-readable documents; ensure that the government is able to protect the US borders; and help organizations streamline their processes and practices. As a coach and mentor, I help people get the their academic finish line; help people transition from home/college to the workplace; and help career professionals advance their careers in the corporate world. As a consultant, my area of expertise is process improvement, career coaching, academic mentoring, committee member doctoral candidates, security awareness, help prepare for an IT/security control audit, and motivational speaking about topics such as: "Protecting your digital life" "Cybersecurity careers" "The journey to cybersecurity" "Being a Survivor"
