Lee Pearlman; DUI & Criminal Defense Trial Lawyer
Introduction: Lee Pearlman is the attorney that other attorneys refer their family members to when in crisis. As a criminal defense attorney in St. Petersburg, Florida, he defends those accused of crimes from the power of the State of Florida’s prosecuting attorneys.
During college, he enlisted in the U.S Army Reserves and served two years in the military police.
Lee attended law school in Gulfport at Stetson University College of Law in Pinellas County, Florida.
In law school, he was busy competing for Stetson’s top nationally ranked Trial Team and Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. He also learned about courtroom work from the Judge’s perspective, interning with Judge Horrox of Pinellas County at the criminal justice center.
Lee’s passion is standing between the wrecking ball and his client.
Lee also interned at the prosecutor’s office under Bernie McCabe in Pinellas County. The prosecutors liked Lee so much they asked him to join their ranks after law school to which he did.
While working for Pinellas County, Lee tried more than 87 jury trials with a focus on serious crime cases and drunk driving cases.
After his time in service was complete, Lee left for private practice and focused on defending the accused and fighting insurance companies. In private practice, he has defended every sort of criminal charge imaginable including DUI, Robbery, Assault, Domestic Violence, and Murder. While he fights in courtrooms throughout the Tampa Bay area, he focuses his practice on the Pinellas County courts, including North County and South County traffic.

I honestly cannot thank Lee Pearlman, and his staff enough for all of their hard work on my case! Every question I could think of, no matter the time of day, was always answered. Lee is honest, intelligent, and always kept me informed with what was to be expected in court. I felt very confident and a sense of calmness knowing Lee was on top of things regarding my case. Lee Pearlman, a phenomenal defense attorney! And now a family friend! Being unsure where to start in finding a lawyer to represent my husband, I reached out to a co-workers husband that is a lawyer, and for our particular case, he let me know that if he were in my husband's situation, he would want Lee for the job. It's hard to believe it's been 4 years since my husband was cleared on two charges stemming back to 1986. Thank you so much Lee Pearlman for representing my husband. When we found out about the 28 year old warrant we drove down to Florida w/o an attorney and hit the yellow pages and Google. We believe the Lord led us to Lee Pearlman. Listen ; I was falsely accused for a situation in November of 2016 because I was literally at the wrong place at the wrong time , I always thought that that was a bull crap excuse until it actually happened to me. Nicole denmon and her expert team of lawyers found evidence in my case and it was the missing link . This made all charges drop and I was set free that week .
