FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is always a conversation in which the customer communicates his/her required services. This can be done in person, over the phone, or on the internet. Second, we set up a date when we can meet with our new customer at the location the work is to be performed. At this point we go over details, pull measurements, and discuss options. Next, a formal estimate is sent to the customer, and we arrange a date to begin the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of on the job training, licensed electrician, and continuing education.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing construction work a few years before hurricane Katrina. After working in New Orleans and having the opportunity to help people rebuild their homes and lives I knew it was something I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
