- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the 3 following factors: 1. Type of surface to be cleaned 2. Degree of stains and amount of soiling 3. SQFT of the area and accessibility
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new customer I first like to conduct a walk-through of the area to be cleaned and discussing their expectations. I also take this time to point out any areas that may cause concern or need extra attention. Before leaving I recap what we discussed and provide them with a check list of thing to prep for the cleaning, for example check all window are closed, and remove cars from drive and so on depending on the job. After the job is finished I perform a follow up in the 1-2 weeks to ensure they are satisfied with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and education consist of 22 years of military service where I worked with both high and low pressure water systems. During this time I cleaned both residential and commercial building in 3 different states. My education consist of a bachelor’s degree and I have attend Doug Rucker’s pressure washing school located in Houston, TX.
