- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat via phone, skype, or in person to make sure we're a great fit for each other. It's important that we "click," wedding planning is tough work :)

I have been planning events for 15 years, and have been on the events team for big name brands like Hilton, Hyatt, Omni, and Marriott.
