- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our prices vary from decoration projects and materials. Usually we get custom requests from clients which may change their initial quotes depending on the design and materials. We try to quote based on packages so that you get a good decorated event overall. But if only certain decorations are requested we can do that too with specific details from clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to know in advance a basic idea of the theme or decorations desired to best coordinate with the designs. Quotes are always finalized once we have communicated via email or phone with specific designs and coordinations for the budget. Thumbtack Quotes can change based on Design request which usually is not specified on the request received at the beginning. We like to know details and theme also like invites, colors and how in depth you want decorations for your event to be. some clients like simplicity and some like extravagant. Prices are accordingly.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
we advice you have a basic idea of what your budget will be so we can further assist with designing according to your budget and needs. We try to have every one visualize they're event so they have an idea of how much materials are needed depending on the space decorating. Please keep in mind the budget matters if you are looking for an extravagant decoration. We can try our best to accommodate without breaking your bank account but you need to keep in mind there is only so much we can do with a tight budget but we can try our best to accommodate as best as we can.
