- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We find the most fair arrangement is to charge hourly. This way we can simply focus on getting the job done as quickly as possible instead of arguing over what was included in the original plan. We can give you an estimate to help with your budgeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is always to meet and talk either with Darren Marshall or with David Waters for about an hour, maybe longer. This first meeting is always free and we just try and be as helpful as possible during this time. We will even advise you against hiring us if we feel it's not the very best for your success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
David Waters has a business degree, and Darren Marshall has a computer science degree. Our graphic designer Sarah has an art degree and 8 years experience. Kyle is our digital marketing expert and has an economics degree. We also have three more Bachelors of Computer Science on staff for tackling the complicated projects. We have a combined total of 20+ years of professional programming experience and 10+ years of marketing experience. Trust me, we know what we're doing.
