It is with unhesitating enthusiasm that I can recommend Justin Water's IT work and personhood. To be specific: his professionalism, knowledge base, courteous and timely communications, ability to recommend staged problem solving solutions or implement emergency remedies as needed, coupled with his integral billing practices -- all these combine together so that he offers the best possible service. In my position at a non-profit, I have been able to work with Justin for three and a half years. I have consistently been moved and impressed with his ability to communicate IT matters in ways that make sense and that are respectful and patient towards all concerned. He can cut to the essentials immediately when he is with people who are informed, and without batting an eyelash, can turn and explain an IT problem and its solution to those who may not be digital native. He really cares about people and the IT health and safety of the company he is servicing, whether collaborating with teams or individuals. Last, this man is a joy.     Our typical pricing is $80 per hour of labor. We also frequently have holiday Discounts and other various promotions.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We pride ourselves in taking good care of our customers. Finding out exactly what the customer needs and implementing the best solution is our goal. Once we've properly communicated with the customer, our next step is to efficiently troubleshoot and solve the problems at hand. Lastly we walk our customers through the work that has been done to ensure understanding and satisfaction.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All of our technical staff have years of experience and training. Each technicians is up to date on the latest technologies and computer solutions to best serve our customers. In addition to great technical ability our technician maintain a high standard of professionalism and genuine care for each of our customers.
