- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Orientation all pricing will be discussed.. and signed agreements/ agreement for obligations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know about the person/ persons .. introduce the course of interactions with the client/ clients that they can have options as the starting point. In order to have less retention, find out how committed financially will the customer be willing to support the sessions . Objective - save the relationship to positive safe experience.. Forgiving and being forgiven
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
