Introduction: I provide versatility, quality, and variety (the home cooked touch like my mother and grandmother used to tell me, "the flavor comes from my hands").
I am Indian from Fiji. I grew up in Fiji and learned how to cook from my mother, grandmother, and aunts. I moved to the US over 30 years ago and have been cooking Indian food and Fijian food for my family ever since.
I have also been in the restaurant and catering business in california for over 18 years where I have expanded my knowledge of various international cuisines.
Now, I focus only on catering, so I can cook the best homestyle and fresh meals for the events that I cater.
I have 2 catering trailers; one catering kiosk and the ability to use a 10x10 booth, 10x20 booth or 2-10x10 booths as needed. I can provide one of these services for an event or a combination of 2 or 3 of my available services at the same event.
With this versatility, I can cater events from 50 to 100 people or more for personal or corporate events like birthdays, weddings, and meetings.
I can also cater special events with several hundred people to 100,000 people or more in cases where an event coordinator needs one vendor or multiple vendors to produce an event.

My kiosk can provide most of the services as listed above for the coffee trailer. Generally, all of it can be done, but not at one time! Please ask for specifics for your event. This is due to the smaller size and capacity of the kiosk. If the kiosk is preferred and all of the same services as the trailer are desired, then it can be combined with a 10x10 booth to do so, so please be specific with your needs.
