Tracie did an awesome job on the flowers for my wedding! They were just beautiful. She took the idea I had of what I wanted and made it better. She did arrangements for my bridal portraits, luncheons and showers as well. They all were perfect! I highly recommend her for any special occasion!

Tracie was absolutely wonderful! I came to her not knowing exactly what I wanted, but I knew I wanted lots of greenery. I was blown away when she came into my venue with all of my flowers. I honestly wanted to cry happy tears when I saw my bouquet. It was way more perfect than I could’ve ever imagined. My bridesmaids flowers, the table arrangements, the boutonnières.. it was all above and beyond what I expected. As a bride, my bouquet was an absolute dream. On top of my amazing flowers, Tracie was so sweet and easy to work with. I cannot say enough!

I LOVE Heirloom!!! Literally, florals were the staple in my wedding budget and Tracie made all of my visions come to life! She invested so much time in making sure my vision was delivered. She created the sweetest mood board with my quote to insure nothing was left out. She also went out of her way to critique this, once I decided to add more projects. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client face to face to gain an understanding of their vision for their special day. Understanding what the client is looking for in the types of flowers and arrangements makes it easy to meet expectations the day of the event.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My best friend got married on a very tight budget. She asked me out of the blue if I could make her bouquets - I almost said no because I had never done it. They turned out beautifully! I had no idea that would be the beginning. I enjoy this creative work so much - I love seeing the smiles on brides faces when they see the bouquets. That makes me so happy!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you work with someone that takes time with you and really listens to you!!
