- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a new client face-to-face so they can meet me and I can meet them. I think both the attorney and client are more engaged in conversation when they meet in person. I like to give a new client an opportunity to tell me why they are meeting with me and what their main concerns are. People have questions, that is why they are meeting with an attorney, and I like to answer those questions first.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As a client, you really should feel comfortable with your attorney. You are asking a stranger to enter your life and help you with your problems. If you don't feel comfortable with me as your attorney, I'll help you find someone else.
