- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Decide what you want the PI to do! Private investigators can track down all kinds of people and information, but their skills will vary. Some are good at following people or digging up information, while others can track down someone or something. Before we can get started, you need to be clear about what kind of work you want done. So we can verify that we will be the Investigation firm for your needs, with the right skills and equipment to do so. BLN, can provide a variety of services, including background checks, tracking down child support or custody, providing electronic and video surveillance, or tracking down individuals etc. You can hire a private investigator to help with legal proceedings, including gathering more information for use at a trial, or to provide you with information that may lead to legal actions. Process Service, Computer Forensics, and so on. So the way I feel is the most efficient, prompt, most effectiveness way of going about our investigations, would be the (Phase Method). * Please let me be clear every case will differ from the prior, or next case. With that being said there will be typically around 1- 12 Phase's during the conduction of your case! ~ So for example ~ *Phase 1: Make contact *Phase 2: Meet and greet in my office, or designed location. Bring as much relevant information as possible. Please be sure to bring any information relevant to the case you want us to work with. These will vary depending on what services are asking to be done, but can include a variety of documents, photographs, or general information. Bring as much relevant information as possible. • For example, if you want the PI to conduct surveillance on someone, make sure you are prepared to give a picture of the person, a list of his address and other significant places he goes, his typical schedule, and a picture or description of his car. *Phase 3: I will have you fill out forms, etc. I will express to you my thoughts, and the percentage of what your attainments should be, and further it with my knowledge, in the industry. I will then give a rough estimate of payment that is to be received, like I mentioned cases vary, some I will request a low sum, or larger sum retainer. In our meeting I will be more specific, I promise you will not be blind sighted, at any point of our phase's together. I myself love (Percentages, its so Black and White)... *Phase 4: So after our discussion, I will ask for a turnaround time, in between 24- 48 hours. This will allow me to to better analyze, and compile data, to begin the investigation. After this time period, we will be in contact, and I will have in place a Plan of Action, timeline, detailed agenda to present to you, and go forth. *Phase 5: Written reports, to provide you with every step of the way.
