Introduction: My focus is always based upon a theoretical understanding of the problem at hand. I walk my clients through an intake which allows me to understand the essential nature of what it is they do so that they can better communicate in their business interactions. I focus on the driving factors and unique strengths of my clients so that they can stand out in a crowded world. I am also an attorney and mediator. My focus in law is on conflict management, negotiation and proactive problem solving. In the past I have had great success working with with C-level executives and presidents of organizations. These are difficult positions since they demand a high level of creative work product and a deep understanding of the existing business infrastructure and culture. My focus is always on how to inspire an individual or organization to be better at what they already do, as opposed to redefining the wheel. I am also great at putting together business proposals and helping draft negotiation plans. In a nutshell I help my clients shine and advance in their career. I love working with new people and thinking about a wide variety of subjects. My background at UCLA and the University of LaVerne has been on thinking about existing problems in new ways. I love helping others discover new places from which they can see.
