- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because this is a premium product we charge by the section and there is always a discount for payment made via cash or check. We provide the best value material at a fair price and quality workmanship & service. We accept credit cards as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very simple. We do an initial visit to discuss product and to get to know each other. Look over the project and identify any problem areas that need to be addressed. We will then quote it either on the spot or within 24 hours, no quote goes over a 24 hour wait period unless it is a custom fence and special materials or tools are needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed Utah General Contractor we have a broad base of experience that is not only limited to fence but landscaping, decking, construction and complex reconstruction. Our labor is very experienced and talented. That way we are guaranteed the project always comes out right and the customer experience is the best.
