- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my homes,offices, condo's, and vacation rentals by the size of the home/business, the type of cleaning the customer is needing (standard,deep,etc..) And extras they request such as laundry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to set up a time to meet or speak on the phone or through messaging and discuss what the customer's needs and wants are, decide on a date and time that is best for my customer, make sure that I have the address correct to place of employment, and discuss payment arrangements. My first day on the job I like my customer to show me around the work area and get me familiar with the area and my surroundings if this has not already been done before the first day. If I have any questions or concerns I make sure to discuss them with my customer at a proper time. After my job is complete I like to follow up with my customer to make sure they are satisfied with my work and see if they are interested in hiring me for future jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I five years experience cleaning condos, vacation rentals, and businesses, I have been cleaning private home's since I was a teenager in high school so about 15 years experience in private homes. I have experience in standard cleaning,mini deep cleaning, deep (spring) cleaning, organizing, laundry, move out/move in cleaning and lots more.
