The company has a long track record of success in managing stabilized and value-added investments. We utilize market experts in the specific area where each property is located, and in some cases, employ third parties to round out the team. Each asset is evaluated separately.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
1977 - Kennedy Wilson founded as a real estate auction company. 1988 - Company purchased by William McMorrow and partners. Auction marketing evolves into a global business with high-end property sales. Company has 11 employees in one office. 1992 - Company goes public on Nasdaq.
