- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we have different prices due to every job is not the same. So why charge the same for a projects that are not required more or less work. We ask to get paid for only the work that is necessary completed. No hidden fee's or charges. We are always strive for the customer to be satisfied with price but we also want to do an outstanding job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for of all would be to build a rapport and get a feel of their needs, explain entire process of job to be performed and confirm each product for warranty for customer. Go over the time set for job process. Make sure we let our customers know we work for them and want to satisfy them 110%.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have taken several product knowledge classes and manufacturing warrantees as well as hands on classes of how to install product even with 30 years experience it is always a plus for more education on install to be completely be done correct and professional.
