- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the service department, most repairs are flat rate to help offer the fairest price. In the equipment installation department, each job is calculated from the ground up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process varies depending on the clients needs - Many times our clients call us for MAINTENANCE to help keep their existing equipment in tip-top condition. Some clients call us for an ESTIMATE to replace their older air conditioner. A few clients call us to solve comfort issues in their home like HOT SPOTS, HIGH HUMIDITY issues or DUSTY homes. So to determine which specialist to send to each home, the call takers will ask several questions to make sure they are on the correct path for the quickest solution. P.S. In reality - some people simply call for advice on a variety of issues. Advice on the phone is free. :)
