Excellent customer service, these guys worked around my busy work schedule and got the job done right. Installer explained the water softener and the benifits of having one. Very good investment. I recommend Mission Discount Water Softners, the price was right.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable - gave advice and options on how I could prolong what I have without just telling me the negatives and "pitching" me for new parts. Made me feel reassured. Trustworthy to a point that you not only feel confident and comfortable going back for future business, but reaching out even if you have the basic questions. In my situation, I have water softener from a "big name", and couldn't get any answers unless I paid the service fee and got someone out to take a look. Eventually got the answers I needed by calling Mission Discount - wish they were higher up in the list, would have made this so much easier.

If you are looking for a water softener, I would highly recommend Mission. You can call them with any questions, and they always answer the phone or get back to you the same day. We had our softener installed within a week of purchasing. Plus they are the cheapest & the best in town!!!

We do have standard pricing however, we give homewowners the flexibility of choosing what they want. For example, our Alpha_Platinum MAX FLOW system comes with our largest softener, a whole-house carbon filter and a reverse osmosis drinking system (also includes installation and warranty) but if you choose to forego the reverse osmosis drinking system, you can.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
An couple in Live Oak, Texas had received a few estimates from the big name water treatment companies in the area. Not only did we provide more value at a lower price but we were also able to install the water softener without excavating the homeowner's yard which was something all other companies said they would have to do.
