- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For website development from scratch, we work with you to train you on all the information you will need to know, plus how to manage your new site. Our cheapest sites start at around $300 and range all the way up from there depending on what you need. We do offer several other services such as logo design, web hosting, flyer/pamphlet creation, business card design, and more at extremely reasonable rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very personal process that involves working with you every step of the way. Once we get started on your project, we keep you updated as often as you like. We also constantly submit mockups and suggestions to see if our designs are matching what you prefer. If there is anything to be said about us, it's that we will work to ensure you get the website you are 100% satisfied with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of our web developers are largely self-taught, with some college as well. Both of our developers have such a passion for what they do, that they are constantly learning and developing new ways to make our clients as satisfied as possible.
