Chris got out here quick and took care of the situation. Our lock was stuck and our customers could not come in the door! He did not waste anybody's time by trying to "make it work" he simply replaced the lock at a reasonable price and now everybody is happy.

Provided a timely service at a high price point. Failed to reply when I followed up with issues. On October 15th I paid for a door knob and deadbolt to be installed and rekeyed. Service provider should up promptly and completed the job in maybe 30 minutes. Three weeks later my teenager pulled open the door and fell with the door knob in his hands. When I returned home from a work trip, I attempted to contact the company for support. It’s been over a week and I’ve yet to get a response. So now I’m off to find another locksmith to repair what Key Kong failed to do. Hopefully, this review will at least solicit a response from the company. Would happily adjust if I simply got a reply.

He arrived within an hour from when I called ( not an urgent situation). I was very pleased with his evaluation of the problem I had with my doors. He replaced my door knob quickly and I haven't had any more problems.
