FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I have a flat rate for service calls. Depending on several factors of the job to be done, I can waive the fee when the customer decides to give me the job. I try to be fair and reasonable with prices in comparison to big sprinkler companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All my service calls include an evaluation of the irrigation system, zone by zone. I provide customers with a detailed estimate of any problems or issues found, if any. It is always the customer's decision to go ahead with the repairs or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of experience in installation, trouble shooting, maintenance and repairs in commercial and residential landscape irrigation systems. I received the Irrigation Technician license in 2010. It is a license that has to be renewed every 3 years. The CEU's I have completed have been in Irrigation Safety and Irrigation Maintenance, Trouble Shooting and Repair.
