- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our online therapy option is $80 per session. We have online groups for as little as $20 per week. Our in-person therapy begins at $95 and goes up depending on the therapist, training and credentials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You would engage in a free consultation with one of our trained new client coordinators. Each new client coordinator is trained to understand where you are now, where you'd like to be and how we can best get you there. With a strong understand of your needs, we will match you with the best therapist for your circumstance. Depending on your location and needs, we would take care of all the setup paperwork online and then set you up with our HIPAA compliant online software, or schedule you to come to the clinic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our therapists provide hundreds of hours of additional training above and beyond therapist licensure. Our additional training includes the highest standard of relationship treatment in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), trauma treatment in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Sexually based compulsive behavior and trauma from sexual betrayal.
