Introduction: Johnny Rodriguez attended Texas A & M University and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1998 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Science in 1996. He then graduated in 2005 from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. Johnny Rodriguez is also a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
