FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regardless of the type of case, we offer you a free case assessment and initial consultation. For injury, wrongful death, and defective products cases, we almost always operate on a contingency basis -- meaning we don't get paid unless you win your case. For eminent domain/condemnation cases, depending on the facts of your case, we can operate on a contingency basis, as well, typically set up in a way that enables you to get at least what you were offered in the official "final offer" sent to you by the condemning entity. For probate/wills cases, and cases involving trade secrets, whistleblower and business disputes, we can offer very flexible and reasonable fee arrangements and payment structures centered around your particular circumstances and the complexity of the case. The important thing to remember here is that we are willing to work with you on payment options, and can certainly offer discounts for repeat clients and their friends and family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically need more information at the outset, so I will personally speak with you at your free initial consultation by telephone, or by email, if you'd prefer. Once we determine whether we can help you or not, we'll follow up with you shortly after that to let you know the next steps in the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
