- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies on each case, as no two cases are identical. But a quote is given at the consultation or once a brief is given of the situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our clients schedule an appointment at one of our office for the initial consultation. Upon agreed terms, the case is started and direct contact is maintained by phone or e-mail. However, we do have various clients that prefer all communication vie e- mail and telephone, even the initial consultation
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prestige Court Documents has handled Family, Civil, Bankruptcy, Probate, Small Claims and Evictions for the greater Inland Empire and Los Angeles since 2004.
