Arturo brought creativity and know-how to our extensive renovation projects (kitchen, balconies, new 1/2 baths, 3 bath remodels, separate laundry room, entire patio redo with roofed pergola, and studio conversion). At first, I thought something must be amiss, as his dynamic ideas and easy-going manner were too good to be true. I remember clarifying his fees after our first meeting as I figured he was financially out of our league. He assured me he wasn't and that proved to be true by the close of our project. Also worth noting, Arturo is a structural engineer, so if your plan require this, as ours did, you get 2 trades for the price of one. We think Arturro and his team are absolutely wonderful! We tackled a MASSIVE Mid-Century remodel and Arturro guided the project with professionalism and integrity. His sense of humor kept us laughing in the midst of structural headaches. He is beautifully detail-oriented and meticulous about the quality of his work. He was ALWAYS on time and responsive to any texts or calls. He is honest, talented and just an all-around neat guy. Thank you Arturro for being the bright spot in such a consuming project!
