Be careful!!! I hired Flash Movers San Diego to move me. The company claimed to have everything legit and my stuff will be in good hands. Only forgot to tell me they do not have a license and are not allowed legally operate in California. Watch out for guys like that. Paul, I apologize that we have not met your satisfaction. We are all hard working men that is trying to create an opportunity for ourselves and care for our families. We live and we learn, we all have to start somewhere, right? We are not here to nickel and dime our customers nor "pull a fast one". We are honest and we do our best for our customers every single time. Just by looking at the rest of our reviews, not one of our past customers had any issues. Not meeting your needs breaks my heart. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We must charge a minimum of three hours. After the minimum we go by a 15 minute increments. The service is included with a box truck that has proper moving equipment. We do not charge mileage or fuel, we do Double Drive Time. Moving pads, shrink wrap and tape are also included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When a new customer calls we take necessary information from them. We then send a confirmation via email. We require the thumbtack customer to mark us Flash Movers as hired to book your appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All employees of Flash Movers have been properly trained to move safely and efficiently. These training consist of loading moving trucks securely, techniques that are use to move safely to avoid property damage and to be able to move efficiently.
