Max Pete redid my father's website for his painting business. I was expecting I would need to facilitate the conversation but Max did a really good job of staying in touch and working on a timeline that worked on my fathers end. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50/hr for general rate. $1,500 project minimum for website design.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I start with a client introductory call to make sure that I am a good fit for the client's needs. During this call, the client and I will discuss timeline and pricing and anything else related to the project. I'll then come back with a quote and timeline of when the client can expect my work to be done. If approved, I will send over a contract, and will also require a 50% deposit for the work. After that is done, I will get started on the work.
