FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For business incorporation and contracts, I work mostly on a flat-fee basis. On my website, I have package plans that provide a baseline for my fees. However, I strive to offer personalized solutions and fees for your personal goals. Thus, fees will also be customized to meet your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I encourage a prospective client to schedule a 5-10 minute phone call to discuss their needs. Should we decide to move forward, I will provide a quote for the specific services needed. I will then ask the client to fill in the intake form on my website. I will then send the client my attorney/client service agreement for signature and ask for a deposit, after which I will begin work for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two bachelors degrees and have taken courses in accounting and finance. I have a law degree and am licensed to practice in California. I also have an advanced degree in tax law, as well as experience with tax filings.
