FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are reasonable and competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the potential new client first on the phone to review their situation, identify any issues, determine their needs. I follow up with a consultation at the office, which we schedule for a mutually agreeable day/time. At consultation, I provide additional information and discuss more details about their situation, identify any issues, address any concerns, explain the process, expectations, provide list of items needed to prepare their case, execute attorney/client agreement.
