- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off of the service we are providing. Business/Human Resources Consulting: $40 an hour Business Plan: $3,000 flat rate with a $500 non refundable retainer fee that goes towards the final amount billed. Remember, if you want a useful business plan, recognize that you still need to be involved at every step of the process, and understand everything in the plan — from the mission statement through the exit strategy. Otherwise you’ll just end up with a very expensive paperweight. Recruiting: 15% of candidate’s agreed upon salary excluding bonuses, benefits, or other compensation package inclusions. Marketing: $40 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first goal is understanding our client and their company. We want to make sure we are truly helping to advance each company we work with. Once we speak and have a solid understanding, we will make a plan from there on what the best next steps are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years of Human Resources, Recruiting, and Marketing experience throughout a variety of industries. Bachelor's in Psychology. Master's in Human Resource Management.
