Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I take the time to listen to what my clients want. I am sure to ask tons of questions about what they're looking for to make sure I get it right. I kind of obsess over details to make sure everything is perfect. I appreciate and welcome any positive or negative feedback so that I can improve upon my skills. If my client's are not happy with the end product, I will make every attempt to solve things. Special occasions are supposed to be just that...special! I want to provide my clients with personalized products for their big event. If I can help them in any way I can, I will do that so they aren't left stressing out with planning their event. Everyone knows how stressful it can be. It makes my heart happy to know that I've helped others, even if it was just a tiny little thing. I think working in law enforcement and having the patience and compassion to want to help others makes me love what I do...in everything I do.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Since I am just starting out, I do not have a standard pricing system for my services. I charge based on how long it will take me to finish the product, when my client needs the product, and a portion of the amount paid for materials.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was planning my own wedding and after the numerous compliments I received on how amazing my invitations and decor came out, I decided to follow everyone's suggestions and put my creativity to good use to help others.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do your research before settling with a professional. If something doesn't feel right to you, listen to your gut. Every professional should have samples for you to view prior to you hiring them. If they don't, then you probably don't want to go with them. I have encountered said professionals and I'm glad I listened to my gut. This is probably too honest of an opinion, but I'd rather be honest than to simply lie to customers just to get their money.
