You can't go wrong with Asit, he has all the right experience, knowledge and connections to navigate you out of a tough situation. . Not only is he brilliant, resourceful, and well-connected, but he also has a deep knowledge of the laws and legal systems. Asit immediately puts you at ease and helps you hold your head high, regardless of how bad you think your situation is. During my first call with him, when I hadn't even retained him yet, he gave me so much legal advice and precautions that other lawyers I had been talking to hadn't even bothered to warn me about. It was because of that first conversation that I avoided making what could have been huge mistakes, and that conversation was ultimately what drove me to retain him and not my other prospects. Asit was very transparent with me. He doesn't make false promises and he carefully assesses the situation, providing you a pretty accurate prediction as to what he thinks will end up happening. I have dealt with other attorneys during these past months - mostly for licensing purposes. Asit's differentiating factor compared to other attorneys is definitely his client service. He was able to communicate with me via phone, text, and email on a very timely basis - usually responding to any inquiries that same day. Although ultimately my case wasn't taken to trial, I felt very confident in front of the judge during the pre hearings because Asit shows confidence and competence in court.
