Introduction: I focus on functional training and a commitment to developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques. My dynamic approach, boundless energy and humor only add to the effectiveness of the experience that my clients enjoy. With a client list as diverse as my training methods, I emphasize strength/interval (HIIT) training modalities that can be transferred from the gym to daily life (male and female). Originally from Vancouver, B.C., Canada, I relocated to SF in 2014. Growing up, I was extremely athletic, playing competitive ice hockey and has been training competitively in track and field since the age of 10. Sports and training for them was my life. There is no greater satisfaction for me to see people shine and hit their personal goals when it comes to fitness. I specialize in high-intensity interval training exercises to help you reach your fitness goals. With that being said, I can help you reach whatever goals you have in your fitness journey. Whether it be running a marathon, losing that last 5 lbs. or maybe gaining 5 lbs. of muscle or even just getting into fitness, we can work together to reach your goals.

Jen is awesome. She makes everything very convenient so that the only tough thing is the workout. She has flexible locations, schedules, and even payment systems. Her workouts are killer but she is constantly making sure my form and body movements are correct. I am excited to see continue to work with her!

I loved the program that Jen set out for me. I have a shoulder issue and can't do certain workouts. Jen made sure her program accommodated to my needs and along with her diet tips I was able to loose 2% of body fat. She is a knowledgable trainer and totally would recommend her to anyone that wants to be challenged, improve insurance and get fit. Thank you Jen!

Just finished up my fourth week training with Jen and I'm already noticing a huge difference. Jen is incredibly professional and really knows what she's doing. I cannot wait to get back to the gym :-).

I've done 15 sessions with Jen and feel that for the first time in my life I'm seeing results! I've gone down one pant size and hope to continue to see results as I continue my sessions. Jen has worked hard to help consult on my diet and also inspired me to work outside of our sessions to hit my goals.

Jenn's attitude to working out really motivates me. She pushes you each session but is sensitive to your limits. Especially for me I've never had a personal trainer before so I wasn't sure of how far I could go but she always was sure to check-in with how I was doing and kept my motivation up. Within three months of working out with her once a week I saw muscle definition around my upper body and my lower body, also my core felt a lot stronger. Overall, I lost 6 pounds which may not seem a lot but I felt a lot better and toned. She is always open to feedback as well, mixes up the workout sessions, and allows me to whine to her the 24-48 hours post-workout when I'm super sore. I recommend Jenn to anyone who is thinking of getting a personal trainer, especially if it's your first time!

    The first session would include a complimentary 1hr assessment of your fitness level and to figure out your goals and mapping out an individualized program on how to get you there.

    Was a competitive track athelete for 11 years as well as competitive ice hockey for 13 years. Received certification through ISSA
