I offer several standard website packages, but most work is tailored to specifically suit each client's need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting to know each client with an introductory meeting or phone call. We'll use this time to discuss your work, your goals, and examples of what you have in mind. From there, I'll put together a customized project proposal for you to review and sign off on. Once the project is started, we'll check in regularly (frequency varies by client) to ensure that things are coming along smoothly and to your liking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My seven years experience involves work as a growth marketing manager and community and content lead at several Bay Area startups. Additionally, I have more than five years of experience consulting and freelancing with individuals, small business owners and early-stage startups.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with individuals (performers, coaches, trainers), small business owners (retail, health, travel) and early-stage startups (varies).
