FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually let the customer know my flat fee rates to let them decide which level of service fits for them. We then have an interview that lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, and it can conclude a first look at a draft contract. After this, I get very my client my assessment of what it will take to finish the project. Most of the time, we finish out under the original terms, but I will give detailed, clear reasons for why a larger scale service is a good idea, and then I let the client decide which direction to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a JD, which is the basic law degree, from NYU. I also have an LLM (a Masters) in Tax law. I've been in practice for 20 years, and I've worked with small businesses throughout.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I primarily work with small business clients. I have experience with other types of clients, but I am really happy with my target base.
