- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you combine our services (Floors, Cabinets, Tile), I can give a discount for a Bulk package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's best to send photos of the floor with close-ups of any problems areas so I can see what we have in front of us. If a floor has damage (deep scratches, gouges, cuts, etc), it is likely not a good candidate for a Sandless process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the Mr Sandless Corporate Training program and then spent time working with an established franchisee to get even more experience. The Mr Sandless process is a thorough and effective way to refinish floors and the comprehensive training prepared me in all its methods.
