Our website was hacked. We found Sid via Thumbtack. He was almost immediate in his response to our inquiry for help. I explained in detail what happened and after a brief Q&A session, my partner and I felt comfortable enough to give him the go-ahead to investigate. Let me just say that I was skeptical but openminded to his ability to perform. Wow, were my misgivings misplaced! Sid quickly diagnosed the situation and found a malware program the previous developer had maliciously installed to take down our site. He removed it and then continued to search for additional illicit code and other malware, both of which he found and eliminated immediately. I can honestly say that his expertise is second to none as he accomplished 75% of this task within hours and the remainder within 48 hours. As a result, we hired him to rebuild our site in Wordpress and his work is again exemplary! Listen, if you want the best website guru who can quickly diagnose and fix your issues, Sid is your guy! No hesitation in recommending him to any and all! You are crazy for going with anyone else as they are second-best at best.
