FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
--A new client calls me and asks if I can help them. I then set up an office appointment and speak them about their case. --If a family contacts me about a loved one that is in jail, I set up an office appointment with the family to discuss what I can do on the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Training: I have dedicated more than 25 years to defending people accused of crime. I am a seasoned trial attorney, not a paper shuffler. I have successfully represented people in many trials, from DUI to murder. Some of my work has been described on the front page of the San Jose Mercury News as well described in other newspapers and news websites across the state and across the country. I fight hard to defend my clients and protect their rights in a court system that often wants to just roll over people. My Education: I graduated from UC Berkeley and then went to law school at one of the most prestigious law schools in the country, the University of Michigan Law School.
