Leon took a long time installing our ceiling fan. We felt bad and even paid him extra because it took so long. While he was working on it, the TV in my living room made a loud noise and turned off. Leon assured me it had nothing to do with what he was doing, but it dawned on me later that he never turned off the electricity for the room he was working on. If he is a professional, wouldn’t he know to do that? Anyways, the cable company came out because we had tried different cords and couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working. Turns out that he broke the TV and TiVo since they were both connected and he didn’t turn the electricity off. So, yes, we have a nice ceiling fan installed but now have to pay hundreds of dollars to purchase both a new TV and TiVo! :(
