The 2 technicians were patient, I arrived home late for the 4PM scheduled appointment. I noticed their vehicle parked on the street, but they gave me time to get my daughter settled before coming to my door. They listened to me regarding the problem with my microwave oven, both in the past and the present, they also explained to me the problem they found, and a little surprise left from a past repair tech, a meter probe left arc welded to a transformer!
