- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event is unique and so that's why our pricing offer's two DJ's for your event and so much more. We strive to work with your Budget and you will know upfront a total price before you book with us
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would begin with a phone interview going over a quick overview of our company and any questions you may have. We then set up a consultation were we go into and hear your vision of how you would like your wedding to go. If you decide to hire us a retainer fee would be do at that time with a signed contract . The retainer fee comes off your total package price, this holds and secures the date. The remaining balance would not be due until two weeks prior to the event at our final consultation. We travel to you typically we meet at a local Starbucks.
