- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on my success with every project that I take on. If I feel that I have taken to much time I reward the customer by not charging for my time spent on research. I don't charge for a service call or a phone call that sometimes can fix a problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone conversation ( discussing project ) And showing up on appointment time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a restaurant four years and still employed being a facility manager. I fix most of there problems or projects. I was hired to delicate the work to other technicians but usually end up solving the problem and completing it myself. I also work with a couple of property management companies doing home repairs.
