- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For COMMERCIAL and RESIDENTIAL rough in, repipe, re reroute, service, and repairs are all FLAT RATE pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all customers equally, new or repeat customers contact me because they need plumbing service. I always evaluate each job differently and I make a clear choice to complete the task.
