- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer a flat fee which will alleviate any over charge for hourly service. This is in the best interest of the customer because some jobs can take longer than expected and can get pretty pricy if there is an hourly fee. If I do charge an hourly fee then my standard is not to exceed a 2 hour maximum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To patiently listen, respect and assure them that they will receive kind and quality service that is sure to exceed their expectations!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an A.S. degree in Computer networking and over 9 industry standard IT certifications that can be verified with the issuing authority which I have posted on this site in the media section.
